Dutch Bangla bank always works for the well being of the rural and diffident students. Dutch Bangla bank does so many social works. Among them, they provide the scholarship to the meritorious students. They mostly select those students who are in need of financial aid.  They provide the scholarship for higher secondary, graduation and post graduation level in need of students’ financial aid. Every year they provide these scholarships newly and auto-renewals the previous scholarships

Dutch-Bangla Bank, under its social cause program, has been awarding the scholarships to the meritorious students in need of financial aid studying at different levels of education since its beginning. DBBL awards new scholarships every year along with renewal of existing awardees.  

1. The Bank has given scholarships to the deserving students from huge applications following a set of criteria such as the applicant's academic results, financial capability, physical conditions etc. Around 90% of the scholarships have been given to the rural students and 50% to the female students.
   
2. Dutch-Bangla Bank has been awarding scholarships to meritorious students in need of financial aid studying at higher secondary, graduation & post graduation levels. In continuation of this program applications are invited for DBBL scholarships from meritorious students in need of financial aid who passed H.S.C./equivalent examination in 2019 and meet the following requirements:
   
   

   Eligibility for the scholarship:

   Academic level Minimum Obtained CGPA (Without 4th subject), in HSC/equivalent examination for all Groups For the students who passed SSC/equivalent examination from the Institution situated in City Corporation areas For the students who passed SSC/equivalent examination from the Institution situated outside City Corporation areas H.S.C./equivalent examinations 4.80 4.30

   Other Criteria:

   • Students availing scholarship from other sources (except Government scholarship) will not qualify for Dutch-Bangla Bank Foundation (DBBF) scholarship.
   • 90% of total scholarships will be earmarked for students who passed from the Institutions outside the City Corporation and 50% of total scholarships will be earmarked for female students.

   Application Procedure:

   The Student who did not avail Dutch-Bangla Bank Scholarship after passing SSC examination.
   
   
   

   • Eligible and interested students who passed H.S.C./equivalent examination in 2019, are requested to apply through online at: app.dutchbanglabank.com/DBBLScholarship along with the following attachments:
   • Scanned recent passport size color photograph of student
   • Scanned passport size color photographs of student's father and mother
   • Scanned mark sheet and testimonial of S.S.C./equivalent examination
   • Scanned mark sheet of H.S.C./equivalent examination
   • Scale of all Scanned Documents: Image Dimension- width:500px to 600px, Height:700px to 800px and Image Size Max-150kb)
   •  

   The Student who availed Dutch-Bangla Bank Scholarship after passing SSC examination.
    
   
   
   

   • Eligible and interested students who passed H.S.C./equivalent examination in 2019, are requested to apply through online at: app.dutchbanglabank.com/DBBLScholarship along with the following attachments:
   • Scanned mark sheet and testimonial of H.S.C./equivalent examination
   • Scale of all Scanned Documents: Image Dimension- width:500px to 600px, Height:700px to 800px and Image Size Max-150kb)

   Some important dates for applicants:

   • Application Opening : July 21, 2019
   • Application Closing : September 15, 2019
   • Publication of preliminary selection list through Website : September 23, 2019
   • Submission of original copy of all documents for verification to any DBBL branches/Mobile Banking offices : September 24, 2019 to October 10, 2019
   • Publication of final result: To be notified later through Newspaper and Website.
   • The students finally selected for DBBL scholarship should get him/herself admitted at bachelor level within the current academic session in a public university/college before availing scholarship money.
